great staff but some equipment issues
The staff went out of their way to assist with transportation, making our stay more enjoyable. The changing breakfast options helped start each day on a fresh note. A maintenance person even took out our trash when he noticed it needed attention, which was wholly unexpected. This atttention to detail from the staff made a big difference.
Some cards had flat tires, which affected our experience.

Recommend it for families with kids
The staff here really went the extra mile for us, particularly Mrs Tonya who made my kids feel like VIPs with her attention and care. The pool area was fabulous and gave the kids that much-needed break while we relaxed near it.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for the service we got.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super comfy. The bathroom had a ton of counter space, and the shower was nice and roomy. The layout was great, and it felt clean. Loved that there was a fridge and microwave, which made snacks easy. Only minor thing was that it could use some extra pillows! But overall, really good vibes in the room.
